Investigating the Determinants of Inflation in Leading Economies in Africa: A Panel Data Analysis

This paper empirically investigates the determinants of inflation in leading economies Africa, namely Nigeria, South and Angola for period 2001-2020. By applying techniques ordinary least square (OLS) panel regression model fixed effect model, study finds out broad money growth, deposit interest rate, lending rate positively significantly affected inflation, whereas exchange exports but not significantly.
